The judges are looking for sales focus, sales results, a closely working team and effective working practice.
Our sales teams are split between our Hebden Bridge and Burnley depots but each cover their own specific area allowing them to build a long lasting relationship with our all of our local and nationwide customers. The Craggs team varies by age from our 91 year old field sales rep Lewis, to 16 year old apprentice, Jack!
This year we launched our apprentice academy, hiring 7 local students who have begun learning about all the aspects of the oil industry and general business disciplines including sales, marketing, finance and operations. Upon completion of the 12 month scheme the 7 apprentices will join the Craggs team before helping us find our next batch of apprentices.
The final judging day for award will take place on the 9th & 10th November before the final on Wednesday 9th March in London.
We will have our fingers and toes crossed until then!
