  • Paid Search / SEO Analyst


    The SEO / PPC / Paid Search Analyst is responsible for administering and helping to manage Pay Per Click & SEO media strategies for the Craggs Energy Group of companies.


    Key Areas of Responsibility



    • • Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Facebook, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms.
    • • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
    • • Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.
    • • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
    • • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with Craggs Group goals.
    • • Support the generation new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
    • • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
    • • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
    • • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with goals.
    • • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
    • • Communication to marketing/sales team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
    • • Work closely with the other marketing team members to meet goals.



    • • Develop and implement SEO strategies.
    • • Drive traffic to company pages
    • • Optimising copy and landing pages for optimum search engine optimisation
    • • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
    • • Researching and implementing new SEO methods/strategies.
    • • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

    • • Experience in Search Engine Optimisation
    • • Experience in Paid Search marketing (PPC).
    • • Experience in Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • • Proficiency in MS Office products.
    • • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
    • • Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing).
    • • Formal AdWords / Bing certification is advantageous but not a requirement

    Compensation & Benefits

    • • Salary £21,000 - £26,000 (based upon experience)

    Craggs Environmental Fuel Services Operator


    Line Manager:
    Craggs Environmental Team Leader.


    The Craggs Environmental Fuel Services Operator is responsible for supporting the day to day delivery of Craggs Environmental Services.


    Primary role(s):
    a. Conducting Craggs Environmental operations in a safe and effective manner.
    b. Tank base cleaning operations.
    c. Fuel transfer, uplift and polishing operations.
    d. Taking fuel samples for further testing.
    e. Completing and recording Form HWCN01v111 Hazardous Waste Regulations Consignment Notes and On-Site Filtration Forms.
    f. Capable of operating the appropriate vehicles for the task.


    Secondary role(s):
    a. Conducting On-Site Visits.
    b. Identifying opportunities for Craggs Environmental to deliver additional services during Pre-Site Visits.
    c. Providing on-site advice to customers on Craggs Environmental operations.
    d. Maintaining vehicles to the appropriate level.
    e. Coordinating and supervising 3rd party contractor support to Craggs Environmental operations.
    f. Filtertechik operations.
    g. Maintaining the Craggs Environmental space and equipment to Craggs Energy/H&S standards.
    h. Monitoring stock levels.


    a. RAMS trained.
    b. Confined space trained.
    c. Working at heights trained.
    d. Asbestos awareness trained.
    e. HGV Class 2 and ADR trained.
    f. Basic first aid trained.
    g. Competent in using Microsoft applications.


    Dependant on experience (£22,000- £34,000)

  • Warehouse Manager

    Location                                   Padiham (Burnley) / Cragg Vale (Halifax) Depots


    Responsible for:                

    • • Depot tidiness and site Health and Safety issues.
    • • Receiving on site deliveries.
    • • Ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to with regards to accurate paperwork, reporting discrepancies, health & safety, security for both "Goods Inward" & "Goods Outward".
    • • Stock management (picking, packing, filling and dispatching ADR and non ADR goods).
    • • PO raising and GRN procedures.
    • • Liaising with the transport department to make sure that SLAs are met in a timely fashion.


    What we are looking for:

    • • Experience working within a warehouse environment
    • • Confidence in improving warehouse efficiency, stock accuracy and introduction of exact stock locations
    • • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
    • • Strong ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and report to senior staff

    Required experience:

    • • Warehouse management - 2 years experience required
    • • Up to date ICT skills (training on in house platform to be given)
    • • FLT licence - (desirable, can be provided)

    £20,000 - £23,000 per year dependent on experience.
