So much has happened I’m not sure exactly where to start…
All of us at Craggs Energy have been working extra hard to keep our high levels of service to our existing customers while also getting our new depot in Padiham up and running! In the last update our Managing Director Chris was going for a swim thanks to the Calderdale Young Farmers and their “ducking stool” at the Halifax Show. Once Chris dried off we attended many other shows and events in both Yorkshire and Lancashire and fortunately for Chris he managed to avoid any more dips in the water!
We were present at lots of agricultural shows including The Gargrave Show, The Trawden Show and The Chipping Show. Each of these events provided us with a great opportunity to introduce ourselves to a new set of potential customers and also gave us the chance to meet some of our existing customers face to face and spend some time with of our friends! The top picture is of our Chairman Ralph Thornber and his former business partner and close friend Stephen Townson at the Hodder Show in early September.
In other news our first Lancashire based tanker has finished being painted and is now spending its days driving around Lancashire, Greater Manchester and parts of North Yorkshire making deliveries! Watch this space as an interview with our new Lancashire driver Bob is on the way soon!
