Many tractors and farm machinery are designed to run on high-spec road diesel (DERV). However, lots of UK farms rely on red diesel, which has a lower specification and can lead to reduced efficiency. Since 2011 red diesel has included increased biodiesel content which — while better for the environment — can lead to issues including diesel bugs or tank sludge in stored fuel, which can block fuel filters.
C51 solves these problems with two powerful additives:
