We know how easy it can be to forget to check how much heating oil you have left. And unfortunately, running out can pose even more potential problems, leaving your home cold until you reorder your heating oil. But these worries can be a thing of the past with CosyConnect, allowing you to set your monitor to automatically reorder your kerosene when the level drops below an amount agreed by you. CosyConnect can also alert you to potential issues in your tank (like leaks) and even detects water that could harm your system.
With features including automatic reordering, 15–20 years of battery life, and the ability to monitor second homes or elderly relatives’ tanks to avoid them running low, CosyConnect offers the easiest way to keep yours and your family’s homes warm, giving you the ultimate in convenience and peace of mind.

We supply heating oil to the North West of England and Yorkshire. If you’re outside of those areas, you can arrange delivery through our sister company: www.tanktopper.co.uk.
You don’t need to be in but you will need to make sure you give us all the information your delivery driver needs to access your tank when you place your order, e.g. the location of your tank or any security access codes.
If for any reason your driver can’t get to your property or fuel tank, a failed delivery charge maybe applied to your account.
In most areas, we offer a custom delivery window based on your needs. Standard delivery is within 10 working days (Mon-Fri), although faster delivery is available upon request or via the Craggs Energy Web order system (including an emergency delivery option).
The hoses on our “Standard tankers ”are approximately 45 metres (150 feet). This allows our drivers to deliver heating oil to your home tanks that aren’t on the roadside.
We never want anyone to panic about running out of oil, so give us a call on 01422 882500 and we’ll arrange a delivery for you as soon as possible. If it’s outside of our working hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm) please leave us a message and one of our team will get back to you ASAP.
