What is Cold Weather Priority?
Cold Weather Priority is designed to ensure vulnerable people get their heating oil as a priority during cold snaps. If you’re over 75 or living with a medical condition, you qualify for this free service.
We’re proud to have launched this initiative in collaboration with the UK & Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA). In the UK, cold-related illnesses contribute to 400,000 avoidable deaths each year — we’re fighting to bring this number down and keep everyone in our community toasty and warm, no matter the conditions.

How does it work?
It’s simple. When extreme cold weather is on the horizon, we monitor the forecast closely and proactively prioritise deliveries to ensure our Cold Weather Priority customers stay warm. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to get your heating oil to you quickly and efficiently, no matter how challenging the conditions. With our 99.6% on-time delivery rate, you can trust us to keep you warm.
And, if the worst weather does land, you can rest assured that we’ll be there; our 4×4 Ford Rangers are here to make emergency heating oil deliveries when other vehicles can’t make it out.
